Stress Management in 251 words

Today, Stress is a word in vogue. Most of the friends around us complain about too much stress these days.

What is Stress ?

In Physics, we have a concept of Stress and Strain. Any strain (Percentage Change in length) is "The Effect" due to Stress 'The Cause".

Stress = Force/Area

In today's scenario , let us replace Force with task and Area with time .

Modern Stress = Task / Time

Solution

Too much stress means, we want to do lot of things in a limited or less time. A seed takes time to grow into fruit giving tree in 2 years. A child takes nine month time. 

A working couple wants to do these many things in 7 days .

1. 8 Hours sleep
2. Three times meal.
3. Facebook 24x7
4. Checking mails on Blackberry after work hours (Always that sms tone is there at back of the mind).
5. Daily chores.
6. Proper care for children (Wake up to getting ready to dropping at School bus stop to .....)
7. Handling excess work pressure day by day due to much wanted promotion.
8. Weekend movie
9. One or two outings.
10. Friends birthday or anniversary.
11. Ek door ke family relative to shadi (Showing face and droping shagun only)
12. Parent teacher meeting once a month (kaun jayega...)
13. Office politics.
14. Hafte mein ek lamba hone mom ka.
15. EMI , Home loan , Car loan , Credit card , Bank loan payment and deadlines.
16. Shopping to keep updated.
17. Groceries.
18. Sabzi lani hai
19. Ek baar hafte mein Pizaa ghar pe hona chahiye.
20. Gossip ya back biting chit chat bhi to karna hai...
21 Arre a new selfie is pending.
22. Sab Logo ko lagna chahiye "Apun mast life jee raha hai"...So lots of show off and faking.(Ab north India mein to aise hi....)
23. Comedy nights ya Big Boss bhi dekhna hai.
24. Dhoom 3 bhi dekhni hai
25. Whatssup to 24x7 hai.
26. Bhagwan ko maska bhi lagana hai
27. Little outing bhi karni hai.
Aur bahut kuch..

Phir kehte ho stress hai.

Aree bas karo , bache ki jaan loge kya.

Slow down and do things which you can do easily. Stay stress free simply.
