Everybody wants happiness.., but how many gets it ?
Is it reality or a perspective?May be its as tough as Einstein's theory of relativity or as simple as drinking a glass of water. ?
Is it confusion?
May be we are happy , but don't have time to see it in fast pace of life..
Hindu scriptures says Balance of 5 elements can make us happy.
a) Eating as per "ayurveda"
b) Living in good architecture as per " Vastu shastra"
c) Listening to music as per " Classical Music "
d) Doing Exercise and work on fitness as per "Yoga"
e) Plan life's major milestones intelligently as per " Horoscope"
