If you choose a wrong path during a journey and realize after few hours, how will you feel? You could be in unknown town. It is wastage of time as well energy. You have to return to the point, where you did mistake. It is frustrating.

We do same thing again and again in our life. Study, Job , Relationship , Marriage , Friendship etc. Just think for few min, your heart will admit it, your mind wont. It is not easy to admit mistakes and accept that we have certain weaknesses. Life has become a rat race, where we compare ourself with others and seldom feels that if we don’t do what others are doing, we will be missing something. Though, we don’t know, what we gonna miss.

Instead of existing, find a way to start living! Find your passion and purpose and pursue them, despite the fact that it may turn the mundane inside out and terrify you.

Observe a child to see what is happiness. Only a Child knows, what he is doing. He is having fun. Whether he is playing or crawling or tearing something apart, he does not care what you are thinking, He is just happy. For him a clock and phone are same. His heart guides him. Many times, he does mistakes, we shout, but he is enjoying. Still, we always say, Childhood is the best time. NO worries.

Many people go through life unchallenged, and this can lead to a big comfort zone. If you don’t choose a goal in life and follow your dream , which makes you happy, you will always be sad after sometime. You will keep on taking wrong turns as you never knew at first hand, where you wanna go. If there is no direction in life, how can you differentiate in right and wrong path?

Before a war is started, Top generals sit together and do lots of brain storming to decide best strategy. Then they work on best action plan. They keep Plan B ready in case of failure of Plan A.
Similarly, we must take life seriously, if we have to be happy seriously. Happiness has nothing to do with smiles and laughter. You can go to a party , drink , dance and shout , launch , smiles, lots of giggles… That won’t make you happy for even a day. After few days of parties, you get fed up. Happiness is a state of mind.

Don’t be an actor, But write your own Script
Every human body has different bio rhythm. Some people are natural leaders. Many can work hard a lot. Some people don’t mind sacrificing. Each individual has different skill set. No two person are alike. Very close friends may have different perspective towards lot of varied interests. Some people have stage fear, other just love to do be on stage.

Wanted is a 2008 action thriller film. Wesley Gibson (James McAvoy) is an office worker whose life is going nowhere. After his estranged father is murdered, he meets Fox (Angelina Jolie), who recruits him into the Fraternity, a secret society of assassins which takes its orders from Fate itself. You can see the difference in the lead actor’s attitude, when he goes through pain to get certain fighting skills. Earlier this guy was just reacting as per given situations. Once he gains confidence, he was able to find certain secrets. Like all movies, in the end he devise a plan and takes revenge.

Any moment of adversity in relationship or financial or physical field is a sign that the time of change has arrived in your life. You cant take things for granted anymore. Pain is the first sign of inevitable change, which is going to happen. But, most people buck down in those moments and forget to rewrite their script.

We take a tangible sign as “Happiness Status quo”. Good body , beauty , job , gadgets and cars are often taken as status symbol as well sign of happiness. When children fight with parents over a toy, they don’t realize the ephemeral nature of joy. Parents are aware.

Similarly, right now, A good spouse, kids, Job , vehicle , gadget may be a parameter of success and happiness for you. On a macro level, they are situations of life, real happiness is in your response to good or bad situations. If you believe in fate or destiny, then any bad or good situations should give you a goal, that you have to bring a change.

Only, when you proactively script your life or react well in adverse situations, then you can bring constant happiness in life. Missed opportunities in life reminds us missed risks, which we never took.
There are times in life, when we are very successful in a field. You never forget that feeling. At that moment, you don’t realize and note down the success mantra. Most of times, we take it for granted.
Find your true nature and the things, which makes you happy. Design your own script and follow a disciplined action plan to work towards happiness. Its time to be your own scriptwriter in life. Writing his own script, then he got satisfaction, confidence and happiness.

Don’t Copy anyone, Be yourself
Real problem is Advertisements . We are exposed to so much attractive information with lots of underlined messages, that It is big input output issue. Our mind can’t digest and comprehend so much info. TV , media, gossip, advertisements, Facebook, Tweets , Fashion, Gadgets ,Snaps, Porn, Sexuality etc are consuming our brains’ power like Mobile phones.

We hardly get time to recharge batteries of our mind, forget about peace and happiness. It becomes tough for everyone to stand out in crowd. We are bombarded with so much information that we tend to forget our realself and pretend to live upto certain images. This weaken foundation of Self esteem in most youngsters.
It is impossible to find happiness if you don’t love yourself enough to pursue it. You cannot live like an image. Many Stars and media icons have done suicide in past as they got fed up living to an image. Learn from other’s mistakes. Most of the people fake in living upto certain image. They forget their true nature and so get into a roller coaster ride in life, where they waste precious years.

Meditation or Yoga are not mere exercise or Some sort of In Vogue stuff, Its actually knowing self in a better manner, Talking to self is also meditation. Its not mere speculation , but knowing the real self inside us. Any kind of breathing exercise takes us closer to calmness and serenity required to know thyself better.
We all lose our focus at times. However, keeping your activities aligned with your values and principles is helpful in keeping a positive perspective. A human being comes at peace, when his mind is at peace. Only when you comes close to your true self, your mind is at peace. Otherwise, t loves to hop around every moment like a monkey on a tree. Running for an elusive image is the worst kind of day dreaming.

Once people finally accept the reality that you can’t please everyone by living to so called image, life gets so much easier. Slow yourself down a bit and give yourself time. You will realize a bitter truth that you are now used to a life of a fire fighter. All days, there are so many tasks and priorities of life that you keep on working at full pace like dousing fire on priority.

Stop doing that. Respect yourself most and make it a priority to know self.
